După ce am jucat după capu` meu o perioadă de timp şi mi-am tot luat tancuri mai tari şi mai jmechere, mi-am dat seama că ar trebui să existe o strategie şi în chestia asta. Aşa că am căutat online şi am dat peste multe păreri. Jocul este destul de fresh prin lume, dar jucători cu experienţă deja există. Prin urmare am citit câteva tactici de luptă “tank la tank”, strategii de echipă dar şi de dezvoltare.

1.2.1: Tech trees cons & pros

As of 7.1.1 there is 4 tech trees to research : the U.S; U.R.S.S.; France and German tree. Ech of them offer different advantages and disavantages.

U.S. tech tree: US tanks are the middle classed tanks. They have better damage then German tanks but not better then its Russian counterparts. It also has better accuracy, faster rate of fire and sometimes better penetration then Russian tanks. Although American tanks are usually the least armored tanks in the game, but they have a rather large health pool. They are also known for their ”voodoo stats”. On paper, some American tanks have more or less good statistics. But they have nice hill mounting speed, nice gun depression, huge splash(in the case of arty) or impressive accelaration.

Heavy line : The American heavy line is one of the most unsteady tech tree. It offers good low tier tanks and decent high tier tanks apart from the T34 which can be a pain in the ass without the 120mm. The main problem is the mid tier tanks, the M3 Lee, the T1 Heavy and arguably the M6 can be painful to get trough. The T29 is the only heavy tank with a tier IX gun. This makes it slightly superior to its counterparts.

SPG line : American line is interesting for two reasons : they have the highest aim time and the largest splash. But what they gain in splash they lose it in accuracy and reload. American SPGs are the most inaccurate of the game.

Medium line : Being the jack of all trade of the trees and the medium tanks being the jack of all trades of the tanks, American medium tanks are pretty much good at everything they do without being the best at it. The T20 with 90mm is eating most other tier VII medium as they can’t retaliate to the massive 240 damage. With 6.5 came the switch for the Pershing to tier VIII and the Patton arrival’s at tier IX. The new tier VIII, the Pershing, has lost the 105, but keeps the very good long 90mm. This gun makes a whole world of difference at tier VIII coampred to the T23. The Patton has better acceleration then thePershing did and has a better turret armor.

Tank Destroyer line : US TDs will have a very unsteady research tree. You begin with closed topped, non turreted and decently armored, tank destroyer to turreted tank destroyer with decent, but bouncy armor, to come back to non turreted TDs with a truckload of armor and a very good gun, but very sad mobility. The T25 AT(tier VII) is the only tier VII tank destroyer with a tier IX gun, this makes it an incredibly good tank at tier VII. The T28 and T95 are the slowest tanks in the game. At ~18 and 12 KM/H respectively, they offer very few tactical possiblities. Arty is their worst enemy. Although, their armor is awesome. The T95 will reliably bounce shots of even the JTs with gold rounds.

Russian tech tree : Russian tanks are the fast and agile and low armored tanks. While this might be true in low tier, it certainly is not in the higher tier from tier VIII to tier X. Russian tanks usually sport a huge gun dealing tremendous amount of damage with a fair amount of penetration, but at the cost of low accuracy and slow reload. Russian tanks also have the lowest chance of taking on fire and the lowest health pool. Managing damage as a Russian tanks and paying attention at what can damage you and what can not is crucial.

Heavy line : this tree is quite awkward, you get tanks that are incredibly slow at tier V and VI that can have very good guns(107mm and 122mm). Before that you have a T-28, the T-28 is a horrible tank without the 85mm, but if well wielded, it can be good. The russian heavy line has the worst of all trees stock tanks. The problem is they must rely on their mobility to perform well, and without tracks and engines, this can be quite hard to do.

Tank destroyer line : this tree can be cumbersome at tier III and IV, but once the closed top TDs are unlocked they generally perform well. What distinguish this tree from the other is the fearsome BL-10 you can get on the ISU-152 and should have on the Object 704. This gun deals a massive 750 damage. They also have the best camo values of all TDs.

Medium line : Russian medium tanks are usually good, they have better armor then German and American medium, but have horrible rate of fire and accuracy on the move. The T-44(tier VIII) is also reknown for having huge problems with the ammo rack. Buying a wet ammo rack is needed on the T-44.

SPGs : Russian SPGs have closed tops(at higher tiers) which gives them better protection against high explosive rounds, better armor, but they are incredibly slow. This makes them hard to kill for light tanks, but very vulnerable to any type of counter battery. The Obj. 261 has a special arc to his shell making it possible to hit tanks behind cover. It’s also the SPG with the fastest firing rate and that is the most accurate.

German tech tree : German tanks are known for their high accuracy and high rate of fire, but low damage. German tanks usually have the best armor and highest health pool. This gives the German tank the ability to withstand a boatload of damage and still live to tell the tale. German have one flaw : their engines which takes fire more often then any other tree.

Heavy line : German heavy line is horrible at stock, but gets better wtih each upgrades it has. They are also incredibly slow and armored. When playing a German heavy, be ready to take damage and give some punishment with the long 88. You must take this tree with attention, german heavies are huge damage sponge and very good snipers meaning they are pretty versatile in the gameplay they offer. As of patch 6.6 the German tech tree has 2 heavy tank line. The Maus line is heavily armored at the cost of moiblity. It’s important to note that despite their heavy armor they have one huge flaw : the VK4502 ausf. A does not have the 10.5 cm 46/L68. This is a huge -1 for this tree. The E-100 tree is also heavily armored, but less than the Maus tree. They are also more mobile. The E-100 has two tier X guns the 15cm and the 12.8cm. Each of these are very good and can mess up any tank in the game.

Medium line : the german medium line is good, the Panther II with the tier VIII gun is a real danger to most tanks it faces, much more then what the 122mm is for the T-44. They also have decent armor and good mobility in general, German mediums are mobile sniping platform. As of patch 6.6 the Panther II is replaced at tier IX by the E-50 which is slightly more armored than the Panther II and has one very awesome and accurate 8.8cm with .26 accuracy. This makes it the most accurate gun in the game. This medium line musn’t be played like any others, it plays like a modible sniping platform, not like a CQC beast that the T-54 is or an all around tank like the Patton.

Tank Destroyer line : this tree is quite weird, it starts with tanks that have very good guns and good mobility but no armor and goes down the tree with upgrading the armor at the cost of mobility giving you the Jagdtiger that is fearsome if well wielded. In patch 6.4, the hitbox of most tanks were fixed giving an almost new feeling of the German TDs as they are much less prone to taking fire and/or loosing engines. Yet again, German tank destroyers are good sniper, but the ferdinand and jagdtiger can take a hell of a beating without knowing any issues with their crews or modules. German TDs are most efficient with friends, this is not a lone wolf tree.

SPGs line : The GW type E’s 210mm deals an awesome 2000 avergae damage on direct hit, but it has an average reload time. German SPGs are also pretty damn fast for their size, this makes them incredibly good machines for counter battery and relocations. They also can be used efficiently as battle arty, have fun watching this :

French tech tree : French tech tree is quite interesting. At tier VI you get a 212 penetration gun. This makes them incredibly deadly very early in the game. To add to that, French tanks have a very unique feature : the auto-loader. They shoot their 4 or 6 shots in VERY quick succession to than have to reload for an extended period of time.French tanks also have very weak armor in general makingb them vulnerable to HE rounds, especially if they penetrate.

Heavy line : low tier French heavy tanks are a pain to level. They have their first heavy at tier IV making it quite potent against tanks of similar tiers, but their speed is abyssmal. The fun begins with the ARL-44 where you can get THE most potent gun at tier VI and VII with 212 penetration. Auto-loader feature only comes at tier VIII with the AMX50 100. Granted, French tanks have great guns, they don’t pivot turn, making street fighting a hard task, they don’t have whole lot of armor and they usually have long repair times compared to other tanks of same tier.

Medium/Light line : As with the heavy line, early light tanks of the France tech tree, are quite difficult to grind. The AMX 38 and AMX 40 are SLOW, very slow for light tanks, like maus speed. They do have good armor though, if they find themselves on top of the rosters, there’s very few tanks to deal with them, even other AMX38 and AMX40 are in for a hard fight. Then, comes the auto-loaders for the AMX 12t. and up. The guns of these tanks are good in mid tiers(AMX 13 75/90), but are even more so on the batchat and Lorraine. All of these tanks are great when it comes to dealing damage, but for taking it like a Pershing or Panther II does, they are worth next to garbage. All of the AMX 13 series tanks have their engines for the most part of their tanks, they frenquently have to fight engine damage and fires. Carrying a fire extinguisher is not a bad idea.

1.3 Tanks to avoid if possible

Here is a list of tanks you should try avoiding if you can, of course, there is tanks like the Lee which you are obliged to have.

-M3 Lee : Now let’s talk about that Lee. I personnaly never happened played this tank, but from what I heard, it can perform pretty well against tanks of its own tier, but it almost never faces them. Plus, I have seen a weak spot skin of the M3 Lee, and there is no spot where you shouldn’t aim on that, you have the exact chance to deal critical hits on this tank, no matter where you shoot. If you havee some spare free XP, you should spend it on this tank to get through as fast as possible.

-Hetzer : This tier IV german tank destroyer is a meh tank, try sweeping off that tank as fast as possible, it’s not a bad tank, but it certainly is underperforming and badly placed in the match making. This makes the grind unsteady and frustrating.

-Jagdpanzer IV : as I said before, most hitboxes were fixed in patch 6.4, but not the JP IV. It often gets engines problems due to frontal hits. This is extremely frustrating. There is also a very bad gun on this tank which just can’t make this tank pull its weight in higher tiered games.

-SU-85B : alike to the hetzer the SU-85B isn’t a bad tank, but without the god like tier VI 85mm, it can’t pull it’s weight. The problem is, you don’t bring that 85mm up in the SU-85 making the research for it pretty pointless.

-T-44 : as much as some people will not agree with me, the T-44 has a serious flaw : its ammo rack, which is blowing all the time. Don’t get me wrong the T-44 is a good tank, but you need to plan on a wet ammo rack or else you will loose time, money and experience to frequent games ending too soon.

-T34 : This tank is arguably the worst tier IX tank. It doesn’t have a good armor, stock gun(compared to the other 4 tier IX heavy or TDs). The only real thing the T34 has good is mobility and a rather large HP pool, which is not that good for a heavy tank, especially since the IS-4 has a mobility nearly on par with it and that the VK4502 has more HP. The main problem of the T34 is that it’s a too middle classed tank, it’s too much average on everything. Although, with the 120mm, it can easily pull its weight in most games. One of the thing the T34 does great, is dealing with medium tanks, it’s high rate of fire and decent damage on the 120mm makes tier IX medium tramble.

-Nearly all stock tanks : Stock tanks are usually horrible, but think of it as an atonement for a tree. All the tanks in this game become WAY better once upgraded. So even if you are having a hard time gaining XP with a tank, straighten up yourself and grind the tank up until you are ready to get the next tank.

2.Getting started

2.1 Daily doubles

Each day at 8 PM Eastern the first victory of each tank will give you double XP. You can easily rack up to 2-3k XP per game giving a nice boost t your grind. This also works with tanks you just bought even though you already did it with it’s predecessor. This is why you want to buy tanks and do their doubles before 8pm Eastern giving you two doubles in a short span of time opening the possiblity to get a new tank(from tier II to III)in one day.

Although between 8-10pm Eastern, I would refrain from trying to do doubles. The reason is quite simple : EVERYONE tries to do doubles and EVERYONE tries to do very good pulling extremely risky, but paying, moves. This makes some teams incrdibly retarded and drops your win/loss ratio(if you care about that).

This should also be done on every tanks you have because 2000 XP*0.05(free XP)=100 free XP.

2.2 Planning is key

Congratulations, you just choose your tank to level, but you might want to level a second and even a third tank as you can leave a battle still going if you are destroyed and hop on anoter tank to play while the first game finishes. This is good both for farming XP and credits.

2.2 Where you should put your experience first

This is usually a consensus between players, starting from tier II-III, the first thing you should get is the tracks. Tracks allows you to mount heavier equipment and modules. It also increase your top speed and traverse speed. Now after that, it really differs from a player or another, but I think this should go with the tank, as sometimes getting a better gun first is better or other times, getting the next engine is best.

You should follow this :

Tracks>gun>engine/turret>radio.

2.4Modules and what they do

Tracks or suspension : as stated above, tracks gives a better load capacity, better top speed and traverse speed. This should always be upraded first unless you have a low tier tank (I and II) as with the XP it cost, you could be better spending it on your next tank. Tracks are in all cases a no brainer upgrade.

Engines : upgrading this is sometimes mendatory to go to the next tier, but not always. It also gives you a better accelaration, better uphill speed and sometimes lowers your chance to catch fire.

Radio : Increases the range at which you can transmit enemy positions and receive position. This is VERY important to upgrade this when you are playing a scout tank or SPG. This is another no brainer to upgrade for these 2 tank types, I would get a better radio before getting a better gun on SPGs.

Gun : now this is sometimes not always an upgrade, but it’s usually good to have the best one available depending on the tank. Before buying a new gun, you must check 5 primary statistics as well as availability on other tanks. Better guns gives you a better range with your SPG, upgrading this is entirely up to you

1.Penetration : how much armor you can penetrate, this is what you should check first when trying to figure which gun is better suited for your tank. Better penetration generally means better gun. Loosing +/-10 penetration for 50+ average damage is a good choice.

2.Damage : if the penetration is on par, check the damage, take the highest one.

3.Rate of fire : if both of the above are equal, you want to check the rate of fire, the higher the better of course, but you shouldn’t not take a gun because it has a better rate of fire over better damage or penetration

-Accuracy : the lower the better, if all of the above are equal, which doesn’t happen a lot, look the accuracy, take the lowest.

-Aming time : this should be important only if you are often on the move or a SPG.

The first 3 statistics are prioritized since they are the stats that must taken into account when changing your gun.

2.4.1. The 2 types of guns

-The normal guns : these guns can use all 3 types of rounds.

-Howitzer : good damage, low rate of fire, low accuracy and only 2 types of round : HE and HEAT. This gives you a much better chance of damaging higher tiered tanks. But when facing lower tiered tanks, this becomes a problem as you lose damage per minute because of damage reduction of using HE rounds.

This is why you want to load a normal gun and load enough HE/AP rounds, even at high tiers.

As of patch 7.0, HE mechanics have changed. It is now required to aim to deal damage to heavily armored targets.

Turret : upgrading this usually gives you a better view range and better turret traverse speed and sometimes better armor. It also gives more HP when mounted. This is a very important for scout tanks.

2.5 The principle of availability

Now let’s take a look at the importance of availability :

Availability is your ability to carry higher tier modules from a low tier tank to a higher tier tank.

The best exemple of availability is the radios that usually carry from low tiers to high tiers.
A higher tiered tank is harder to level with crappy modules then a low tiered tank with crappy modules. This is why you want to research modules that carry on many tanks as soon as possible.

A short expemple of applying the principle of availability:

Most people will agree that the 107 on the SU-85 is a good choice before getting the SU-100. The 107 costs more then 2/3 of what is needed to get the SU-100. And since you are not getting this awesome gun on the SU-100, you might want to keep that XP the for the SU-100 as it is very manageable to get the SU-100 without the 107. The only reason someone should get the 107 is because he is planning on using the tank as a credit farm

Now let’s take a look at the KV. This tank also has a 107. But that same 107 can be mounted on the KV-3 which makes the 85mm obsolete, this is a very good choice since the KV-3 is a formidable tank once equipped with a gun that can challenge other tier VI and VII tanks. Some people may even want to disregard the 122mm of the KV-3 because it gains almost nothing from upgrading to the 122mm from the 107mm.

2.6 Equipments, which one to choose?

In my opinion, you shouldn’t be mounting any Equipments until tier VII, unless you are keeping a vehicule for later use. Some Equipments should be always considered to be mounted such as the rammer, this modules increases your rate of fire by 10%. The only exeption to this is if you have a rate of fire higher then 15 because there won’t that much of a difference.
-Ventilation : adds 5% competence to all your crews. This might seem like a useless bonus, but it still is a 5% bonus to ALL your statistics.
Heavy tanks :

-Depending on your armor, getting a spall line can help a lot, if you are shelled in armor like the Maus or T95 are, the spall liner will reduce by 15% the damage most shells damaging(HE shells) you do. Although this equipment is quite heavy don’t use it on tanks that have that have low armor or need speed to be used correclty.
-Coated Optics/Binocular : If you are a German tank, get the Binocs, if not get the optics. why because ina German Heavy tank you can be sitting in a same spot for really long. But if you are not you can be both, hence optics are a better choice since they are more ”jack of all trades”.

Medium tanks :

-As you are frequently on the move and that you shouldn’t stop to fire, mounting a vertical stabilizer or a enhenced gun laying drive if you can’t mount the first which reduces the the time the green circle takes to completely zero on target.

-Toolbox : you want to be the least time immobilized because of messed up tracks. This equipment gives you an enourmous 25% increase to HP/second of repair on ALL modules.

Tank Destroyers :

-Camoflage net : you are almost all the time immobile, why not get a camo net that gives you a huge bonus on your camo? The only downside to this is that it only activates once you are immobile for
seconds.
-RAMMER : always get this on your TD, it should be a no brainer. You don’t have a lot of armor or speed, this gives you an additional edge to your already fearsome gun.

SPG : enhence gun laying drive to reduce your aiming time, GREAT for any arty to increase battlefield effiency.

3.Dealing with a stock tanks

You will often have to play with a tank that has no or little upgraded modules. You can lower this effect in 2 ways. The first one is to research modules on the tank before getting it(explained above). The other way is the crew, a good crew makes the tank better at everythig it does. Spending credits on an 75% crew should be a priority at tier V and VI as before that, you don’t keep the tank long enough to afford the spending. Then from tier VII you should bring the crew along with your new tank.

To do that, you simply have to put them in the barrack before selling the old tank and put them back on the new tank once it’s bought. Now you will see that the % of the crew is red, as far as I’m aware of, htis affects by a lot your crew perfomances. You need to retrain them to the current tank. This can be done on the personnal file of every crew. Retraining offers you to keep to keep the crew skill and a certain amount of crew experience. You keep 80% from 100% crew if you don’t pay anything and 90% if you pay 20k credits for each crew. You get 100% if you pay 200 gold per crew.

4.Managing free experience

You might have noticed that you have 2 type of experience. One is experience to distribute which corresponds to the XP you gain in-game. Then there is the free experience. Free experience is 5% of the experience you gain in battle or 25 XP per gold transfered from an elite tank. This XP allows you to spend it wherever you want, giving you the option to level a tank with free or research a module with XP you don’t have. Free experience is always spent second when researching.

You could save all the free XP you get to buy a big upgrade on a tank higher tiered you don’t have yet. That’s what I did with my M26 Pershing/M46 Patton, I saved all the free XP I had from the M7 to the Pershing/Patton and bought the 90mm T15E2M2. This made grinding the Pershing/Patton much easier then with the 90mm M3. You could do this for the BL-9 on the IS-3, or the 10.5cm L/68 on the Tiger II or any other tank for that matter.

5.Managing credits

Managing credits can sometimes be pretty hard as you don’t gain a lot with each game. Buying a new tank is what is most expensive. Here is a list of ways to farm faster credits

-Buying a premium account, this gives 50% more credits AND experience, the gain is immense when you want to get a tank as fast as possible.

-Get a ”golden tiers tank” . Tier IV-V-VI are the 3 tiers that gives you the most profit. Ammo is cheap, repair is cheap. These tanks gives you a minimum of 3k for a very bad game and 35k for a very good game.

-Premium tanks, these have cheaper ammo and repair costs then their counterparts and gain slightly more credits(but not XP). The tier VIII premium tanks can easily gain up to 100k per game.

-Transfering gold to credits. This is not a good choice, if you really are desperate, yes,(even then, I strongly recommand not doing that) otherwise, you should buy a premium tank because they give you the exact amount of credits once you sell them. Profit wise, it’s better spending time to grind those missing credits.

6.Getting more experience

Getting more experience is a matter of skill, but also knowledge and game experience.

6.1 Know your enemy : Knowing your enemy is extremely important as knowing if a tank can damage you or not gives you a certain advantage. Knowing that a certain spot on a tank is weaker then everywhere else is important. You also need to know what your tank’s job is. This will help you perform better for both you and your team. Know the strenght and weaknesses of all tanks. You want to pull enemy tanks in where you are better then they are, and keep them as far as possible to where they are better then you do. Take note of the different turret/gun models. The is a huge difference between a ISU equiped with a 122 and one with the BL-10.

6.2 Prioritize your targets :You absolutely need to prioritize targets, yes it is funny to kill that puny little loltraktor first, but that loltraktor has a wonderful friend called maus which will kill you. In this situation, you will get much more XP dealing 15%-30% damage to that maus HEing it down than one shotting that loltractor. Applying this strategy often gives you more experience, as this can make the difference between a defeat and a vicotry. I can not stress how much important it is to prioritize targets. Not only does it give you more XP, but also helps your team out. Which in return brings you more XP.

6.3 Damage over kills. Yes, kills are a way to determine your effect on the battlefield, but when grinding tanks, never overlook damage to kills. Know what is the potential damage of your gun. Is killing that tank at 4% worth a shot or is damaging that other tank at 70% for 20% better? That’s the question you must ask yourself. Although, when alone, go for the kills, it’s one less gun your team will have to face later on.

7. Matchmaker and you

After reading through countless matchmaker threads I need to post about it in here.

Yes, the MM is far from being perfect. It’s not simple to match tier IV-VI tanks as they are the mid tier tanks and thus have the widest range of MM possibilites. You have a lot of fun on your tank when you face tier II in your tier IV. And you hate it when you face a tier VII with your tier IV. But guess what? that same tier VII loved it and hates to be in tier IX and X games.

Also, concerning the limitation of the spreading, doing so will make the MM even more retarded. If we limit to 1 tier spread, all tanks exept tier X and I will have fights because a tier V will be able to fight against tier IV and tier VI(which is logical) but that tier IV is facing a tier VI, which can not work. Same as with the 2 tier spread limitation. 3 is currently the only way to have all tanks partake in the MM frequently.

8. French tanks and you

As with the MM, I have seen plentyfull of threads about them being OP. Granted, the Lorraine and Batchats are OP and deserve a nerf, most other tanks are far from OP. Those tanks are getting a solid nerf in patch 7.2.

-The best thing to do against French tanks, is never go up against them alone. If you do, feint them to make them miss. They have long reload which you can use to safely shoot them.

-Go against them with teammates, this way, you disperse their damage, rendering their high rate of fire useless.

-Aim for their tracks, an immobile French tank usually dies quickly.

-Count their shots. They fire fast, yes but they also have a long reload, which you can shoot them without fearing their gun.

-Ram them. French tanks are light, you can deal massive amounts of damage by ramming them.

9.General advices

Never sell all your tanks to upgrade one tank. What will you do if you don’t have enough credits to repair that brand new tank? You surely don’t want to use a tier I tank again, do you?

Spend your experience according to what you are going to do with your current tank, spend for non mendatory modules if you plan on keeping that tank. and don’t spend on non-mendatory modules if you don’t plan on keeping the said tank.

Read the forum section of your tanks, this is a place to learn tips and strategies on how to play your tanks better.

A: load up HE rounds and aim for the turret to kill the crew and damage the gun, remember you get experience for damaging a tank too.

Se poate să fie o virală politică, sau doar unul din acele mail-trails pornite de iubitorii răspunsurilor conspiraţioniste. Sau se poate doar să fie … adevărul. E clar că nu se poate să fie 100% adevărat, dar acordă-i textului câteva minute de lectură. Nu strică. Spor!

1. Care e situaţia Tezaurului de la Moscova?
La nivel oficial, adică de la stat la stat, situaţia este complet îngheţată, asta după gafa incredibilă a lui Cristian Diaconescu din februarie 2009, când a minţit opinia publică cu informaţia că a discutat cu Lavrov despre reluarea lucrărilor Comisiei Mixte, dar, de fapt, tema Tezaurului nu a fost discutată la intâlnirea oficială Lavrov – Diaconescu!

La nivel privat, situaţia este înfloritoare! Dar în favoarea altora, nu a românilor ! Proiectul restituirii Tezaurului a fost predat de ruşi, în februarie 2006, către firma olandeză Ajeka Investment Bergambacht B.V., cu indicaţia ca Tezaurul, mai exact proiectul “componentei de metale preţioase” să fie predat, integral, adică 93,4 tone de aur, către BNR. Până în noiembrie 2006 olandezii au făcut mai multe oferte către BNR, prin adrese înregistrate la registratura BNR, prin care olandezii ofererau cele 93,4 tone de aur, fără comision, fără discount şi fără nici o pretenţie financiară din partea BNR sau a statului român, dar BNR-ul nu a răspuns la nici una din ele. Atunci olandezii au deschis în decembrie 2006 o procedură judiciară, prin Ministerul Justiţiei din Olanda, care a decis să acţioneze prin trei căi diferite, astfel:
» au deschis o procedură de solicitare de înfiinţare, către Ministerul Justiţiei din România, a unei comisii rogatorii româno-olandeze, prin Procuratura din Rotterdam şi Tribunalul din Dordrecht . Ministerul Justiţiei din România însă a respins, în două rânduri această solicitare.
» a doua cale a fost prin ambasada României de la Haga. Olandezii au predat actele originale de restituire a Tezaurului ambasadorului României din Olanda, dar acesta a returnat olandezilor, după 7 zile, actele originale, motivând că proiectul respectiv este un proiect privat, iar ambasada României nu poate accepta imixtiunea într-un proiect privat. Ulterior ambasadorul român din Olanda a fost ridicat in funcţie, el devenind secretar de stat la MAE.
» a treia cale a fost prin DHL, procuratura din Rotterdam trimiţând setul de acte direct către Mugur Isărescu. Acesta a semnat de primire dar n-a dat curs solicitării olandezilor, astfel că după trecerea termenului legal de 30 de zile, stabilit de Tribunalul din Dordrecht, olandezii au intrat, legal, în posesia “refuzului oficial” al autorităţilor româneşti de a prelua cele 93,4 tone de aur. Cu acest “refuz” în mâna lor olandezii au primit o parte din aurul BNR-ului, l-au gajat apoi în favoarea unor bănci elveţiene, au luat un credit
nesperat de mare, cu care au construit două spitale, o creşă, o gradiniţă, o şcoală pentru infirmi şi vreo 4 complexe de cămine şi locuinţe sociale, toate în Olanda, în parteneriat cu diferite consilii locale şi municipale din Olanda. Toate documentele care certifică aceste lucruri sunt publice şi pot fi consultate liber.

2. Ce se mai aude despre datoria Germaniei?
Descoperirea lui Radu Golban a făcut ceva vâlvă, dar cei care s-au speriat cel mai tare de consecinţele acestei descoperiri au fost germanii, care au tratat problema foarte serios. Românii însă au aruncat problema în derizoriu, nedorind să supere pe unul din factorii decizionali ai Comisiei Europene. De aceea, cu 7 zile înainte de vizita lui Angela Merkel la Bucureşti, cei doi miniştri de externe ai României şi Germaniei, au semnat un “Addendum” la “Nota de Discuţii” pe care Angela Merkel ar fi urmat să le aibă în România cu autorităţile de la Bucureşti şi Cluj, prin care aşa-zisă problemă a creanţei BNR faţă de Casa Germană de Compensaţie să nu fie abordată de ambele părţi, cel puţin până la încheierea actualului mandat de preşedinte al preşedintelui Traian Băsescu. O cursă abil ţesută de ambele servicii de informaţii de la Berlin şi Bucureşti, fiindcă această creanţă nu mai poate fi solicitată Germaniei după anul 2012, când se va prescrie! Factorul de decizie în această problemă a fost Traian Băsescu, care a preferat să obţină sprijinul decisiv al Germaniei în obţinerea aprobării ajutorului Germaniei pentru intrarea României în spaţiul Schengen, în aprilie 2011, contra renunţării la tema soldului.

Singura problemă rămasă nerezolvată o constituia încăpăţânarea şi îndârjirea lui Radu Golban în dovedirea realităţii acestei teme. Omul trebuia compromis, într-un fel sau altul. Dar era mai greu, fiindcă omul e curat, n-are trecut
dubios, n-are probleme cu justiţia, nu are amante şi nici vicii ascunse. Văzând că Radu Golban e “prea insistent”, serviciile noastre în cooperare cu serviciile de informaţii germane, i-au întins o cursă lui Radu Golban. L-au chemat la Bucureşti, l-au plimbat pe la televiziuni, pe la Preşedinţie, BNR şi Ministerul Finanţelor, după care i-au aruncat “nada” şi i-au propus, prin portavocea Cotrocenilor, recte (Radu Moraru) să devină consilier al lui Ialomiţianu la Ministerul Finanţelor, urmând ca apoi însuşi Radu Golban să rezolve problema soldului, din postura de consilier al Ministrului Finanţelor. Se spera, în acest fel, ca Radu Golban să fi lucrat sub controlul zilnic al serviciilor
româneşti, fiind apoi mult mai uşor de “corupt”. Radu Golban, nefiind la curent cu manevrele serviciilor specializate în astfel de diversiuni subtile, a muşcat momeala şi a revenit urgent la Bucureşti, aşteptând să-şi ia postul în primire. Dar între timp a intervenit acordul lui Băsescu cu Merkel şi varianta compromiterii lui Radu Golban nu-şi mai avea rostul, fiind considerată o pierdere colaterală, neimportantă. Aşa că totul a cazut, iar Ialomiţeanu a primit ordin să-l respingă imediat pe Radu Golban, “să-i dea cu flit”, chiar în prima lui zi “de muncă” la minister. Sigur că totul a fost o strategie eşuată, dar Radu Golban nu a gustat “gluma” şi acum se războieşte cu Radu Moraru pentru a-l face pe acesta să-i plătească daunele suferite.

În ceea ce priveşte soarta acestui sold problema nu mai poate fi rezolvată la nivel de state, deoarece înţelegerea Băsescu – Merkel a pus capac acestei teme. Singura variantă rămasă ar fi una non-oficială, poate una a societăţii civile, eventual a implicării unor mari firme internaţionale de recuperări de daune şi creanţe, dar şansele sunt extrem de mici, fiindcă timpul rămas până în 2012 este foarte scurt.

3. Ce s-a întâmplat între 1947 şi 1953 cu cele 150 de tone de aur care au dispărut?
N-au dispărut deloc ! Iată ce putem descoperii pe site-ul unui ziar, deloc de neglijat în opinie, din România http://www.sfin.ro/articol_18386/goana_dupa_aur_adauga_peste_500_de_milioane_de_euro_la_rezerva_bnr.html:

În septembrie 2007, guvernatorul BNR, Mugur Isărescu, a afirmat că a devenit suspicios când, după 1990, rezerva de aur a băncii centrale a crescut rapid, având în vedere că, în istorie, situaţia României se complica atunci când cantitatea de aur depăşea 100 de tone. Guvernatorul a adus în discuţie momentul cedării tezaurului României către Rusia, pentru protejarea economiei actuale.

“Înainte de război am avut neinspiraţia să ducem aurul la ruşi, pentru protejare. În perioada interbelică, rezerva a atins vârful istoric de 220 de tone de aur şi apoi am păţito, iar în 1953 rezerva era doar de 20-30 de tone de aur. Nu l-am mai pierdut ca în Primul Război Mon-dial, ci altfel, plătind datoriile”, a spus Isărescu.

El a menţionat că, după ce a preluat postul de guvernator, a coborât să vadă rezerva de aur a BNR, precizând că imaginea aceea este una pe care nu poate să o uite. Guvernatorul făcea aceste afirmaţii într-o prelegere având ca temă argumentele pro şi contra unui sistem bazat pe etalonul aur, în cadrul căreia Isărescu punea la îndoială calitatea aurului de “scut” împotriva inflaţiei. Deci, după spusele lui Isărescu, s-au plătit datoriile. Care datorii, veţi întreba? Păi cele ale României, ca urmare a Tratatului de Pace din februarie 1947.

Un articol extrem de sugestiv, tot al lui Radu Golban, explică pe larg toate aceste obligaţii de plată ale statului român. Dacă nu mă înşel, articolul se referea la rolul sovromurilor în România.

4. BNR a fost o entitate privată până la război, acum este o entitate publică. Cum au fost compensaţi foştii acţionari?
Nişte precizări, tot din rapoartele BNR: Legea de înfiinţare a Băncii Naţionale a României, sub formă de societate anonimă cu participarea statului, reproduce, cu unele modificări, modelul de organizare a Băncii Belgiei.

Prin legea de funcţionare şi statutul adoptat în 1880, Banca Naţională a României este o bancă privată deplin autonomă în exercitarea funcţiilor de emisiune şi reglementare a creditului. Aidoma corespondentelor sale din Europa, BNR exercită privilegiul de emitere a bancnotelor convertibile în metal preţios (ca mijloace de plată legale, echivalente în prerogative cu moneda statului), pe baza rescontării efectelor comerciale oferite şi garantate de băncile comerciale.

Astfel, BNR îşi exercită rolul de centrală a creditului comercial, al cărui preţ îl orientează prin fixarea ratei scontului. Capitalul băncii a fost stabilit la 30 milioane lei, din care 12 milioane depuşi la înfiinţare, sumă considerată suficientă în acel moment pentru a asigura funcţionarea instituţiei, particularii participând cu 2/3, iar statul cu 1/3. Ulterior, legea organică a Băncii Naţionale a României va fi modificată în funcţie de situaţie. În 1901, statul îşi vinde participarea la acţionarii existenţi, până în anul 1929 BNR funcţionând cu capital exclusiv particular, după care statul va reveni la participare. Însă, în permanenţă BNR va funcţiona ca instituţie pe deplin autonomă, exercitându-şi prerogativele cu care a fost investită în colaborare, de pe poziţii de egalitate cu statul, pentru a răspunde, potrivit cu împrejurările, multiplelor cerinţe ale evoluţiei economice şi politice a societăţii româneşti. Aranjamentele dintre stat şi bancă sunt precizate prin convenţii, ale căror rezultate sunt negociate pentru a fi reciproc avantajoase.

Articolul 11 al Legii de înfiinţare a BNR specifică: “Banca va face serviciul de casierie a Statului, fără nici o indemnisare în condiţiunile stabilite prin o lege specială”.

Anterior efectuate prin intermediul bancherilor, plăţile în străinătate pentru achitarea anuităţii datoriei publice sunt, de asemenea, efectuate prin Banca Naţională. Banca a fost autorizată să cumpere fonduri publice româneşti, scrisuri funciare şi alte valori garantate de stat până jumătate din capitalul social vărsat (Prin Legea din 1882, egală cu capitalul social vărsat).

“Apărând pe piaţă în calitate de cumpărătoare de obligaţiuni ale statului, banca de emisiune sprijinea cursul obligaţiunilor şi în felul acesta înlesnea guvernului procurarea de bani prin împrumuturi publice.”

De asemenea, banca avea dreptul de a sconta bonuri de tezaur, în limita a 1/5 din capitalul social vărsat. Primul împrumut pe bonuri de tezaur acordat de Banca Naţională a României (4.000.000 lei) a fost efectuat de către stat pentru acoperirea vărsământului părţii din capitalul băncii pentru care subscrisese. O importantă operaţie a BNR a reprezentat-o retragerea din circulaţie a biletelor ipotecare emise în baza Legii din 12 iunie 1877, prin înlocuirea cu propriile bancnote, contravaloarea acestora fiind scutită de garanţia portofoliului de scont sau de acoperirea metalică. Utilizând serviciile băncii, statul a putut să evite vânzarea masivă a moşiilor statului, care reprezentau acoperirea biletelor emise în 1878, iar BNR a evitat cheltuielile de emisiune. Ulterior, statul a răscumpărat biletele ipotecare stocate la BNR prin produsul unui împrumut acordat în acest scop chiar de către bancă, a cărui restituire a fost eşalonată pe 27 de ani. În 1901 statul obţine din partea BNR un avans de 15.000.000 lei fără dobândă, restituibil în 30 de ani, bancnotele emise în acest scop fiind scutite de acoperirea metalică.

5. Care este suma exactă pe care o are BNR în rezervă, după ce eliminăm banii băncilor comerciale şi datoriile?
Suma exactă este cam greu de contabilizat, dar ea se poate estima undeva între 2,2 şi 2,3 miliarde de Euro. Doar atât, din păcate.

6. Care este motivul pentru care întrunirea “Trilateralei” a avut loc la Bucureşti?
Unul din motive îl constituie condescendenţa factorilor decizionali ai “Trilateralei” faţă de serviciile aduse, de-a lungul timpului, de Mugur Isărescu. Mugur a cerut mai mereu membrilor board-ului să ia în calcul organizarea la Bucureşti a unei astfel de întâlniri. El a fost mai tot timpul amânat, dar după ce BNR a decis achiziţionarea de bonduri FED abia atunci s-a luat decizia de a organiza una din şedinţele “trilateralei” la Bucureşti. Mai sunt şi alte motive, dar ele nu pot fi devoalate… încă.

7. Care este cantitatea de aur aflată în ţară ? Cât şi unde se află restul din rezerva de aur?
În scripte BNR are 103,7 tone de aur. Din care 61,9 la Londra, 34,8 la Zurich şi Geneva, iar restul la Bucureşti. Pentru aceste cantităţi aflate în străinătate BNR primeşte o dobîndă de 4% pe an, calculată la valoarea medie lunară a aurului de la bursa din Londra. Este o procedură corectă şi legală a BNR-ului, fiindcă întreţinerea, paza şi asigurarea stocului de aur costă al naibii de mult. Astăzi o tonă de aur costă aprox. 10.000 Euro/lună (doar costuri de depozitare, asigurare şi pază în spaţii bine definite) aflate sub control internaţional. Dacă ar fi ca BNR-ul să decidă depozitartea celor 103,7 tone de aur doar în beciurile sale de la Bucureşti, ar însemna să cheltuiască cam 1.037.000 Euro lună. Nu ar exista avantaje în acest sens, drept urmare BNR a luat decizia de a depozita o mare parte din aur în străinătate, aducând beneficii BNR-ului în condiţii de garanţie depline.

8. De ce am cumpărat bonduri americane?
Cea mai grea întrebare…
Nu fiindcă nu ştiu răspunsul, ci fiindcă adevărul, dacă ar fi spus integral, ar produce mari bulversaţii financiare pe piaţa politică şi economică românească.
Parţial pot să spun doar câteva lucruri: Isărescu a fost nevoit să ia o astfel de decizie, salvând practic România de la faliment. Nu a vrut s-o facă, dar n-a avut încotro !

Politicile guvernamentale ale ultimilor 3 ani (mai ales din 2008 şi 2009) au fost … catastrofale.

Vocea lui Isărescu n-a contat în faţa decidenţilor politici din ultimul an de mandat al lui Tăriceanu şi al primului an de mandat al lui Boc. Din păcate acţiunea de cumpărare de bonduri americane a fost supapa care a permis României să obţină banii de la FMI şi, mai ales, să aloce o parte importantă din ei către fondul de salarii şi pensii, lucru de neacceptat până azi de nici un alt acord între FMI şi oricare altă ţară din lume !

Putem schimba cu China bani şi mărfuri, dar mai puţin valori politice?
A devenit aproape un clişeu de limbaj să-l numim pe preşedintele Statelor Unite drept “cel mai puternic om de pe planetă”. E momentul pentru o abordare nouă. Topul “Forbes” al celor mai puternici oameni ai lumii tocmai l-a aşezat în prima poziţie pe preşedintele Chinei, Hu Jintao.

Schimbarea la vârf este, bineînţeles, încă o mărturie (a câta?) a ascensiunii Chinei, dar şi a dependenţei tot mai accentuate a economiei americane de cea chineză. Este şi un semn al multiplicării polilor de putere pe glob, după două decenii de supremaţie americană . Să nu ne mire dacă, într-o bună zi, vom întâlni în vârful clasamentului oameni precum preşedintele Braziliei, premierul Indiei sau, cine ştie, poate chiar preşedintele Consiliului European.

Dar prezenţa chineză de azi ridică şi câteva întrebări. Cum ar fi aceea dacă modelul chinezesc de dezvoltare se va dovedi suficient de atractiv pentru tot mai multe guverne şi chiar popoare. După prăbuşirea comunismului, singura cale spre bunăstare părea aceea a economiei libere, democraţiei şi drepturilor omului. Să se fi terminat această epocă? Să nu uităm că dincolo de învelişul ideologic avem, totuşi, o Chină a unui capitalism sălbatic, demn de cărţile lui Dickens. Iar în Occident, modelul chinez ajunge să fie privit cu simpatie, paradoxal, chiar în zona celor mai duri neoconservatori, cărora le place să creadă că prea multă democraţie şi prea multe drepturi pentru oameni strică.

În lumea liberă, şi nu altundeva, oamenilor de rând li se cere să facă sacrificii şi să renunţe la drepturi sociale pentru a repara ceea ce alţii au distrus, aruncând lumea în criză. Şi nimeni nu garantează că, odată trecut hopul, nu ne vom întoarce la capitalismul de cazinou ce a dus lumea pe buza prăpastiei.

Aşa că înainte de a ne mira, de a ne bucura sau de a ne speria, e bine să vedem această nouă dovadă a ascensiunii Chinei şi ca pe o încercare pentru propriile noastre valori: libertate individuală, economie deschisă, sisteme sociale solide. Ne place să zicem despre ele că sunt universale, dar chiar aşa să fie? Astăzi, liderii europeni (de la Atena la Paris, de la Budapesta şi Varşovia până la Lisabona – nu şi din Bucureştii adormiţi) discută cu China despre bani şi investiţii. Nu despre disidenţi arestaţi şi internet cenzurat. E posibilă o asemenea coabitare, bazată pe interese, între lumea liberă şi ţara celui mai puternic om de pe planetă? Putem schimba cu China bani şi mărfuri, dar mai puţin valori politice? Un lucru e clar: epoca expansiunii democraţiilor pare să se fi terminat sau cel puţin să fi luat o lungă pauză. Atunci, măcar să ne apărăm valorile democratice la noi acasă. Şi ce va fi vom mai vedea.

E mult mai uşor să fie blocată o lege decât să fie abrogată şi pe acelaşi principiu mostrul de peste ocean încearcă să apeleze la coarda sensibilă a cetăţenilor. SOPA şi PIPA nu au putut fi adoptate? Nu-i nimic! Dăm vina pe terorism şi siguranţa naţională (deci a TA, cetăţene!). SOPA varianta 2.0 se numeşte CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act), acelaşi cârnat dar cu alt nume.

După cum scrie şi în articolul de mai jos (şi cel original de pe http://edition.cnn.com/) FBI-ul recunoaşte că sunt de căcăt şi vai pula lor! Şi încă o fac în gura mare, prin presa mondială! Drept urmare merge şi plânge la politicieni:

“Băi pulelor! Vă am la mână pe X, Y, Z, A, B, C … defapt vă am la mână pe mai mulţi decât poate duce alfabetul. Nu vedeţi că suntem praf şi nu le ştim cu calculatoarele? Ăştia se ascund după monitor! Promulgaţi acolo o lege să putem să-i bughim be toţi ăştia de protestează. Site-u` ăla de cultură trebuie băgat în dubă şi n-avem de ce! Îi plantăm un CD copiat în buzunar şi-am terminat, da` fără lege ce să facem?”

Şi uite aşa FBI fuge la unchiul SAM şi-i pârăşte pe cetăţeni “că de ce protestează” şi de ce-şi bat joc de el şi îl roagă să le dea şi lor un bici mai mic să îi bată “că e răi oamenii ăştia şi că-i cheamă Cetăţeni şi că ştiu unde locuieşte! Unchiule SAM, dă-le-o la caca să nu mai râdă de mine că-s prost şi nu ştiu de-astea cu calculatoarele”.

AVERTISMENT: Internetul va fi cenzurat! În numele securității

Dacă ați uitat de legi precum SOPA și de PIPA, atunci ar trebui să fiți atenți la încă un proiect legislativ de cenzură pe internet. De data asta nu în numele drepturilor de autor, că în numele securității în spațiul virtual.

Autoritățile americane au autorizat deja un proiect de lege care presupune limitarea și cenzura pe internet, numit CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act). Proiectul are șanse mult mai mari să ajună lege decât cele precedente pentru că motivul pare, cel puțin la prima vedere, unul mult mai solid.

Nu demult, un fost oficial al FBI a făcut o declarație surprinzătoare pentru publicația Wall Street Journal: Shawn Henry a afirmat că instituția sa pur și simplu pierde războiul cu hackerii.

Criminalii internetului sunt pur și simplu mult prea talentați, iar măsurile de apărare sunt mult prea slabe, a mai spus Shawn Henry.

Peste jumătate (58%) din furturile de date pe internet din anul trecut au fost făcute de activişti, potrivit unui raport anual publicat de compania americană de telecomunicaţii Verizon.

Anul 2011 a fost marcat de atacuri repetate ale mişcărilor Anonymous şi LulzSec, care au vizat multinaţionale şi organizaţii guvernamentale, poliţieneşti sau militare.

Din experienţa proprie îţi spun că un detaşament al batalionului de “amatorii creatori de scurt-metraje” a înaintat peste liniile inamice ale publicităţii! Au participat la primele ediţii ale BEST Film Festival, pe vremea când erau încă prin primii ani ai studenţiei, iar acuma ajuns câştigători de mari trofee naţionale şi internaţionale. Da … e frumos când vezi o evoluţie de acest gen, în timp. Vreau să cred că şi acest festival a avut contribuţia lui în lansarea tinerilor.

Prima ediţie s-a bucurat de aprecierea a ~100 de spectatori pe seară, timp de 3 seri. Totuşi, de la cea de-a doua ediţie totul a început să crească exponenţial. De la locaţie, numărul spectatorilor, până la buget şi valoarea premiilor oferite. Astfel s-a ajuns la premii în valoare de câteva mii şi zeci de mii de RON, în funcţie de ediţie. S-a depăşit suta de filme difuzate la ediţia a III-a şi peste 1000 de spectatori pe seară la vizionat de la a II-a ediţie. O creştere interesantă, zic eu. Şi totul apolitic, doar prin eforturile echipei BEST Braşov, cu ajutorul partenerilor specifici fiecărei ediţii.

Am coordonat şi eu cea de-a IV-a ediţie, cu tematica perioadei interbelice. Ştiu ce se petrece în spate, forfota şi agitaţia, emoţiile la început de festival şi efortul uriaş depus de echipă, dar în aceeaşi măsură am experimentat (şi o voi face în continuare) şi în calitate de spectator. Poate că sunt un spectator prea capricios Ediţia a IV-a a readus atmosfera anilor din perioada interbelică, o perioadă în care cultura ocupa un plan important din viaţa socială a fiecărui om. Fiecare dintre noi are nevoie de o anumită doză de cultură, prin propria-i construcţie divină. Datorită problemelor sociale actuale, această bucăţică din fiecare dintre noi a fost diminuată, sau temporar abandonată, de aceea am încercat să readucem plăcerea de a savura câteva momente arta necesară tuturor.

De această dată echipa BEST Braşov s-a gândit să provoace atât tinerii creatori, prin participarea la festival cu producţiile personale, cât şi spectatorii!

”Unii işi imaginează scenarii în timp ce le întârzie partenerul la întâlnire. Transpune-ţi ideile într-un film scurt şi înscrie-te la secţiunea ficţiune. Te-ai gândit să faci un reportaj despre mâncarea gătită la reşou sau poate un documentar despre interacţiunile dintre student şi administratorul de cămin? Înscrie-te la secţiunea documentar. Știi să dai viaţă imaginilor prin stop-motion, flash sau alte procedee? Te provocăm să creezi un film de animaţie”

Ca o scurtă descriere oficială a evenimentului (şi-mi las subiectivitatea de-o-parte cu textul de mai jos) ete cam ce se spune că ar fi BFF-ul:

BFF oferă o cale de comunicare, de a spune o poveste şi un motiv în plus pentru cinefili de a încerca ceva insuficient promovat: scurt-metrajul studenţesc. Concursul se adresează tinerilor amatori (liceenilor, studenţilor şi proaspăt absolvenţilor), dar festivalul va conţine şi cele mai bune filme româneşti şi internaţionale realizate de profesionişti (studenţii ce studiază arta cinematografică).
BFF este un proiect al grupului local BEST Braşov.

Dacă te ţin nădragii şi ai ce arăta, bagă-te-n festival! De multe ori am auzi de la câştigători “Nu mă aşteptam să câştig! Ăsta-i primul film făcut de mine!”. E frumos momentul :)

BEST, Board of European Students of Technology este o organizaţie internaţională, apolitică şi non-profit în continuă creştere. Din 1989 oferim comunicare, cooperare şi oportunitaţi de schimburi culturale pentru studenţii din toată Europa prin cele 91 de grupuri locale BEST din 30 ţări europene.

Chiar sunt multe chestii care as fi vrut sa apara aici, in spatiul virtual (inca) nelimitat in exprimare. De la ultima postare pana acum am descoperit multe comunitati/pagini/profile care sustin libertatea de exprimare pe net, chiar guverne formate prin voturi online si alte idei asemanatoare, mai mult sau mai putin realizabile… totusi cu o baza comuna: guvern global, menit sa apere drepturile omului mult mai usor.

Momentan sunt la Andos, mananc paste si ma uit la oamenii din jur. La multime. E un fel de rahat policolor adunat la un loc, oameni din care e foarte probabil sa mai fie unul ca mine care sa ma arunce in gramada “multimii”, a celor multi si adormiti de cantecul de leagan al TVului si internetului, pe ritmuri suave de Alex si Connecta’ si alte neamuri ciripitoare pe bani, la comanda, pe subiect. Cam cum era pe vremea cand lautarii cantau ce spunea stapanul casei, ori oaspetele stimat invitat la o ciuleandra, hora ori ciardas. Da, pe vremea aia care o mai poti vedea in comunitatile de tigani (aia de-si pastreaza traditia si-si promit fetele spre maritis la nastere). Era, oare, mai bine atunci? Lucrai pamantul si cand persoana draga era abatuta SIGUR nu era “din cauza stresului de la job”, iar intelepciunea batranilor nu era considerata “nebunia batranului care se plictiseste la pensie”.

Evident ca nici batranii nu mai sunt la fel, acum influentati de frustrarile vietii din societatea contemporana (Andreea Esca, pensii mici, guverne inapte si omoruri parca luate din filme ce au loc in vecini). Batranii din autobuzi frustrati ca-i deschis geamul, sau ca nu li se ofera onoarea de a sta pe scaun de vreun tanar, doar “am lucrat in fabrica 40 de ani!”.

Oare mai vedem noi, oamenii din autobuz, care-i motivul frustrarii celor din jur? Nu doar a batranilor, ci si a fetei frumoase cu parul verde, tunsa cheala mai putin motul din frunte, a copilului care te scupa pentru pretentia de a o saluta respectuos pe vanzatoarea de bilete. Poate asa am intelege si motivul (stiu, intr-o oarecare masura de fiecare dintre noi) pentru care seful tau te desconsidera cand vine vorba de evaluarea care-ti influenteaza salariul.

Tilllate România și Bro News vă aduc în premieră cel mai nou proiect marca Gojira și Planet H. Piesa se numește “Dă-i mai tare”, fiind o colaborare cu unul dintre cei mai prolifici artiști din România la ora actuală, DOC.

Gojira (Andreescu George) și Planet H (Opriș Paul) au descoperit o compatibilitate foarte sănătoasă și productivă lucrând împreună în studio. Cei doi sunt producători experimentați, dedicați unor zone muzicale ce se îmbină foarte frumos. Se cunosc de pe vremea Green Channel-ului, Paul având o emisiune de rock, dar au comunicat mai mult și cu folos în ultimul an. Printre proiectele aflate în lucru se numără și un remix cu Deceneu, concretizat în sesiunea de creație pentru piesa “Dă-i mai tare”.

De această dată îl are la braţ pe Maximilian, în piesa Ceva de vis. O piesă chill, de supărare faţă de “gagica aia” care se întâmplă să o avem, cel puţin o dată în viaţă, fiecare dintre noi. Gagica asta este momentul în care simţi că eşti într-o gaură neagră şi că nu ai nimic … şi tot ce faci e degeaba. Un moment în care simţi că poţi face mai mult, “chiar dacă uneori toate merg prost… Maxi-aici de faţă ştie că e norocos.”

Single-ul este extras de pe albumul “Robot”. “N-o ardem cu decapi tati :)”

Şi pentru că Mitza vrea să-şi mai şi vândă albumul, pentru download Mitza feat Maximilian – Ceva de vis.

Am intrat pe siteul respectiv şi am rămas plăcut surprins de efectele care sunt în clipul respectiv şi interactivitatea cu userul. Se pare că Okapi Sound au colaborat cu We are X3 pentru jmecheriile de acolo. Totuşi, ce-mi pare şi mai interesant, e faptul că din toate formele care apar în joculeţul respectiv au tendinţa de a ajunge tot timpul în poziţii ce crează simboluri uşor interpretabile. But then again … maybe it’s just me!
